The Welding Program trains students in the fundamentals of industrial welding processes using the American Welding Society (AWS) Schools Excelling through National Skills Standards Education (SENSE) program guidelines. Students have the opportunity to obtain AWS certification through the AWS Test Site at Clovis Community College . Upon successful program completion and AWS certification, students are entered into the AWS National Registry and receive a certificate from AWS.
