Students who currently hold EMT-Paramedic Certification from the National Registry and who wish to complete an Associate in Applied Science?Paramedicine degree at Clark College must: 1. Complete and submit the Emergency Medical Services Application and Clark College Application with $40.00 non-refundable application fee. 2. Submit proof of current Paramedic certification from the National Registry. 3. Submit official transcript from the school/training facility from which Paramedic courses were completed. 4. Complete all courses listed under General Education Requirements. 5. Complete 30 quarter credit hours at Clark College to meet college residency requirements. (30 credits do not need to be the most recent credits earned. Courses labeled EMTP will not count toward this requirement). Paramedic Education Program Information (NWRTC) Contact the Northwest Regional Training Center at (360) 759-4404 for an application to their Paramedic Education Program. Be aware that minimum requirements include but may not be limited to: Completion of Human Biology AND Lab (BIOL 160 & 161) with a 2.00 or higher. Copy of current state issued EMT-B card dated at least one year prior to entrance into the Paramedic program. Submission of official high school and college transcripts. Upon completion of preliminary requirements, students accepted to Northwest Regional Training Center's Paramedic program begin their clinical training there.
