All degree requirements must be completed within six years. General Administration Option Students must meet the general requirements for admission to the graduate program. In addition applicants must: 1) present written recommendations from two school administrators and /or supervisors familiar with the applicant's work; 2) two years full-time teaching or school service personnel work at the elementary or secondary level in a public, private, or parochial school setting; 3) certification only: Master's Degree . The General Administration Program requires completion of 36 credit hour and each student must successfully complete program assessments, which include 1) Illinois Certification Content Area Test ; 2) the comprehensive examination; 3) Budget Plan; 4) a practicum campus evaluation; 5) a practicum site evaluation; and 6) a professional portfolio.
