Assess individual, groups, and community needs for health education and health promotion services. 3. Plan and implement health education and health promotion strategies, interventions and programs. 4. Utilize research designs, methods and findings to plan and evaluate the effectiveness of health education and health promotion programs. 5. Analyze the effectiveness of the multiple roles of the health educator and health promoter required to meet the changing health care needs of a culturally diverse and complex society. 6.
