The exciting art and craft of theatre, while working on a college degree . Our courses are usually accepted as equivalency courses in most four-year colleges and universities. Introduction to Theatre (Theatre 1020) and Beginning Acting (Theatre 1031) are also part of the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum. Century Theatre produces the finest modern and historical works in the Theatre canon. Angels in America, Talking Bones, A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Man Who Came to Dinner, The Cherry Orchard, are a sampling of several productions done each year which feature Century students acting, stage managing, and otherwise running the main stage shows. Century students also write, direct, design and run the Century Student Showcase every year.
