Our 30 semester credit program is accredited by the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and is the only stand-alone, one-year program in the United States. Required courses (Kitchen and Bath Design emphasis): Presentation standards (hand drafting) Construction and mechanical systems Basics of kitchen and bath design Materials and estimation Lighting Universal design and theme application Sales for kitchen and bath design Business practices for kitchen and bath designers Computer-aided-drafting specific to the kitchen and bathroom design industry Kitchen and/or bath-related design internship - minimum 160 hours.
