Fire Technology and Administration from Capital Community College is a Campus Associate Fire Management degree that prepares you for a Fire Protection career. The Fire Technology and Administration Program provides advanced training and education that develops competent technicians who are, or will become, leaders in fire protection, prevention and administration. The program provides training and education for personnel of fire insurance companies and of industries involved in fire prevention and protection practices. This program has been developed in cooperation with the Connecticut Fire Chiefs' Association, Connecticut Fire Marshals' Association, Connecticut Fire Department Instructors' Association, Connecticut State Firemen's Association, Public Safety Division of the Connecticut State Police Department, Factory Inspection Division of the Connecticut State Department of Labor, and Fire Insurance Companies.
