One additional course from the MSCS Application Courses.The MSCS Application Courses are CECS 521, CECS 531, CECS 543, CECS 546, CECS 572, CECS 575 (Required courses may not be double-counted.); 5. All students must complete either: 1. a comprehensive examination, or 2. a thesis with oral defense which requires a total of 6 units of CECS 697 or 698, of which at least 4 units must be CECS 698.
