Students are encouraged to participate in University-sponsored projects and tours abroad. Many art majors study at the Studio Art Center International in Florence, Italy or other programs, for one semester. Art majors accept internships at area museums and centers and have opportunities to participate in performances by Cal Lutheran's drama and music departments. Art majors also take advantage of the many museums and architectural landmarks that grace the Southern California landscape, including J.
