Medical Assistant from Braxton School is a Campus Certificate Health Aide degree that prepares you for a Healthcare career. The Medical Assistant program is designed to expose students a many aspects of a doctor's office, a medical laboratory or other health facility. Students learn about Anatomy and Physiology along with the medical terminology associated with body systems. Students learn various laboratory and clinical skills including how to take blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, draw blood and perform ECG's.
