All students get a core background in basic clinical skills and exposure to a broad range of clinical problems in their first two years of required courses and practica. In their later years, students may chose to concentrate in one of three areas within clinical psychology -- Clinical Child Psychology , Health Psychology or Clinical Community Psychology -- by taking specific electives and getting specific practica and research experiences.
