The community health education sequence addresses the broad range of services offered to communities through health agencies, hospitals, rehabilitation organizations, neighborhood health centers, and community action programs. The third sequence, health promotion/wellness provides students with an academic background in nutrition, medical self-care, substance abuse, exercise, and leisure.
