Each area has distinct, faculty-centered groups. The boundaries between these groups are not sharp, and interaction and cross-fertilization are encouraged and common. Graduate students have the opportunity to conduct research in any of these groups under the guidance of ECE faculty, through access to University wide centers and cross-disciplinary collaborations.
