Magnetic Resonance Imaging from American College of Medical Technology is a Campus Certificate Radiology degree that prepares you for a Healthcare career. The Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) program is one of the most rapidly developing diagnostic imaging modalities. The MRI program is a 1570-hour program comprised of two modules and an externship. The first two modules are taken on site and include the study of human anatomy and physiology, pathophysiology, sectional anatomy, physics, MR physics, MR instrumentation and case studies. The last module is a 1000 hour externship completed at one of our clinical affiliated sites. Upon successful completion of the program student will receive a certificate of completion and a Diploma. This program complies with the minimum standards set forth by American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) and American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT).
