Our Intern ECO Program is designed to serve the profile, capacity, and performance of highly qualified, high achieving, eligible aspiring teachers . This accelerated (2 semester /one night per week plus two Saturdays per semester), rigorous design acknowledges and honors a variety of backgrounds and achievements. The ECO Program is for the high achiever, the career-changer and those with some teaching or education knowledge who crave a hands-on experience and a high degree of support. That includes onsite mentoring eight times per semester plus cohort advancement with professional mentor-coach.
