Second year M.S.W. students are eligible to enroll in the following: * SWK 722 (3 credits) The School of Business will give students 3 credits toward the certificate for completing SWK 722 Organizational Context for Professional Practice in lieu of MGT 561 Management Theory/Organizational course. * HRM 765 (3 credits) The School of Social Work will give students 3 credits toward the M.S.W. for completing HRM 765 Developing World Class Human Resources which they will take in lieu of one M.S.W. elective. Upon completing the M.S.W. degree: After completing SWK 722 and HRM 765 as part of the M.S.W. degree, students must enroll in the following School of Business classes for the remaining 9 credits for the certificate: * HRM 660 (3 credits) Industrial Relations, * HRM 762 (3 credits) Human Resources Planning & Policy, and * HRM (3 credits) Performance Appraisal and Compensation Administration.
